Back in the day, I use to do my thing on the gridiron, but i've long since hung up the cleats. One thing that I always hated was lifting weights. It was also something fake about it. My whole life (up until 12th grade), I did some push-ups, sit-ups, and some running and I was straight. I just saw this yesterday....I need to Step my game up...Do you?
